Safety & Healing in Networks of Equity: Reflections and Learning from the first Seven Years of SHINE

This paper documents SHINE’s community-centered approach, outcomes, and learning through a retrospective evaluation that traces the initiative’s evolution, articulates its theory of change and underlying values, presents case studies of collaborative partners, and synthesizes key accomplishments, field-level insights, and implications for future work.
