Babies in Baytown brings together community and family leaders to help strengthen local resources and systems of support that promote child well-being and family relationships starting at birth.

The Talk-Story presentation will share the Pili Na Ha or Four Connection Framework developed through a community health center in Hawaii and how it has become a guiding framework in urban youth programming in Honolulu.
