UNITY City Network Convenes in Minneapolis

Representatives from 23 cities across the U.S. gathered in October to share advice, learn from each other, and to be inspired by the success of Minneapolis’ strategic plan to prevent violence, the Blueprint for Action. For more information, read the city’s news release on the event and these remarks by Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak. Congratulations to the Minneapolis Department of Health and Family Support and its local partners on a successful event! The Blueprint for Action was also highlighted in “Beyond Bars,” an article published in the most recent issue of the National Conference of State Legislatures magazine.
