Serena is the primary contact for Managing Director Sheila Savannah and Program Director Sana Chehimi and provides focused support to the executive office. Serena supports the organization through its work on health system transformation and community prevention policy. She coordinates outreach efforts on behalf of the Manager of the Executive Office. Prior to joining Prevention Institute in 2016, Serena worked in labor law policy publishing in Lafayette, California. She has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
