Reggie Moore is the Director of Violence Prevention Policy and Engagement for the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Comprehensive Injury Center (CIC). Mr. Moore has 24 years of experience in non-profit, public health, government and community leadership. He possesses expertise in community engagement, public health, nonprofit management, program development and evaluation, strategic planning, staff coaching and support, and more. He previously served as Director of the Office of Violence Prevention at the City of Milwaukee Health Department. Mr. Moore was Founder and Executive Director of two organizations, the Center for Youth Engagement, which focused on advancing quality youth development policies and practices in the US and across the world, and Urban Underground, which promotes a new generation of young leaders committed to building safe and sustainable communities through community organizing and civic engagement. Previously, Mr. Moore worked at several youth organizations and the Movement Strategy Center, where he supported program and investment strategy for the Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color, a national philanthropic alliance that evaluates promising approaches, advocates for effective public policy and systems change, and invests in young men as assets for America’s future. He has served on several Boards, including Milwaukee Public School Foundation, Funders Collaborative on Youth Organizing, and Scaling Wellness in Milwaukee.
