Prevention Institute is seeking a Finance Manager that have oversight of all accounting and finance activities for the organization. This position is very hands-on and leads all day-to-day accounting operations of the organization and works closely with the Bookkeeper who processes all routine journal entries, accounts payable, invoicing, and deposits. This position ensures accurate grant accounting and reporting. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls and ensuring that PI has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits. This position is in Oakland and reports to the Finance Director.
PI is looking for a Human Resources and Operations Associate (HROA) to join our Finance and Operations team. The HROA will support and execute a range of projects to advance our human resource functions and internal operations.
